Stephen Blauweiss is an independent filmmaker and graphic designer. He is currently executive producer of BigGreenTV: An Environmental News Program, and also produces short films on Chronogram magazine's cover artists. Mr. Blauweiss' films have screened in the US, Europe and Canada.

Mr. Blauweiss has been teaching Photoshop since 1992. He is currently the director of Hudson Valley Photoshop Training, is on the FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) faculty, and has worked as an instructor at Pratt Institute for over a decade. He has also served as principal computer trainer/consultant for art directors and production staff at The New York Times and CBS TV. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Digital Archive Advisory Board for The New York Public Library.
